Shipping policy

All RTS (ready to ship) orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Other non-RTS items have varying TAT times that will effect processing times. Typically our TAT is between 21 and 28 business days (not including weekends and holidays) from preorder closing date.

Preorders open Fridays at 6pm MST and close the following Thursday at midnight. TAT would begin that Friday. If you have any questions regarding your order TAT time, please email MadelynnGraceHandmade@gmail.com.

Shipping costs vary on the items and selection made by purchaser: First Class Mail or Priority Mail via USPS.

Once an item is dropped off or picked up, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is an issue with the package (delays and lost or stolen) you will need to contact USPS and file a claim for a resolution.
